Arrived in Hunter Valley a couple hours north of Sydney and went to Roberts Restaurant. The building was so warm and welcoming as was Mel Roberts. Mel setup a wine tasting for us of Tower Estate wines and of course their Syrah was over the top. Tomorrow we are off to wine taste and will let you know what is tasty!
