The first blend of Zin and Cab for me was at Paraduxx. I really had never tried anything like it before. This ruby red wine has a spicy nose with tastes of chocolate and dark cherries, what’s not to love! Cab & Zin =smooth & satiny, which is kinda crazy but it works.
