It is not often that you can try a younger cab and find that it presents itself open to enjoying right away, but this is the case with this deeply red colored wine I’m tasting this evening. It tastes of the summers ripe blackberries and those dark cherries I look forward to in July. There is a hint of cinnamon and cedar if you let it linger in your mouth.
