To be really honest, I wasn’t up to tasting wine today, but that all changed.

I was all set with new Coravin gas but this wine came with a twist top. Once I saw the beautiful light champange hue I was hooked. White peaches and summer raspberries are predominant, it is summer in a glass! I am a big fan of Grenache grapes for a Rose wine, not too sweet with a perfect balance. Enjoy!
