This winery is well known for their chardonnay and it is very popular. The Fulton Ranch is new for me. It has a light yellow coloring with an oak fragrance. I decided to take the wine out of the fridge and give it time to warm up a bit. This may sound crazy but far too many places serve chardonnay too cold. In order to really taste the flavors of the wine this timing was important. At first the oak was the predominant taste but then there was some caramel, and hints of citrus. Thanks for checking in.
